Below you will find the schedules for the Course Evaluation Questionnaire administration (CQDM) for Fall 2025. Be sure to reference the correct schedule(s) for your class.
Information for All Terms
By default, courses with non-standard lengths will have an Course Evaluation Questionnaire window lasting one week, concluding on the final day of class unless adjusted by the department's CEQ administrator.

General reminders regarding the Course Evaluation Questionnaire at IU Bloomington
- Indiana University Bloomington Course Evaluation Questionnaire team sends all CEQ-related communication (both to faculty and to students) from the CEQ administration software or directly from ocqbest@iu.edu.
- Please be advised that this is not spam mail and can be added to your safe senders list.
- Faculty are responsible for checking their CEQ Portal to confirm and ensure that all courses needing evaluation are present. If there are any missing courses, faculty will need to follow up with the department CEQ liaison and/or department chair.
- Faculty can access their portal at any time via https://coursequestionnaire.iu.edu/. Each academic unit/department decides what courses need evaluation. Reach out to your department chair if you need more information.
- The questionnaires open and close at 7:30 AM for each scheduled evaluation window.
- Availability dates for Course Evaluation Reports and Raw Data may shift due to software updates or scheduled system maintenance.
