What skills do academic leaders need to succeed today? These workshops and programs focus on the core competencies unit leaders have identified as most critical, offering practical tools and strategies to help academic leaders navigate challenges, strengthen their leadership, and succeed in today’s higher education environment.
Current Conversations
Connect with campus and university leadership to exchange insights, ask questions, and stay informed about emerging issues. Hosted by the Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty and Academic Affairs (OVPFAA), these one-hour sessions give academic leaders an opportunity to engage in timely discussions shaped by questions submitted in advance by participants.

Build connections with fellow academic leaders and tap into the insight, support, and shared experience of colleagues across campus. These gatherings provide opportunities to exchange ideas, navigate common challenges, learn from one another, and strengthen your leadership network at IU.
