Hoosiers Connect Mentoring Program
Hoosiers Connect is a group-style faculty mentoring program designed for faculty who are new to the IUB community. This program will connect new faculty, those in their first year as faculty and those who are just new to Bloomington, with an IUB faculty mentor.
In this program, new faculty will be exposed to a wide range of resources available to IUB faculty both on campus and within the greater Bloomington community.

New Faculty Orientation - Welcome Picnic and Resource Showcase
New faculty will have the opportunity to meet administrators and colleagues across campus at the New Faculty Orientation Picnic and Resource Showcase that takes place each August. Information booths with resources and representatives will be there to greet you and help you discover all that IU and Bloomington have to offer.
