Initiative for the Advancement of Women

The Initiative for the Advancement of Women (IAW) delivers engaging, well-rounded programming to elevate excellence and strengthen campus connections at Indiana University. We welcome everyone, of all backgrounds and identities, to participate in our events, which are crafted to support and uplift the entire community.
