Information for All Terms
By default, courses with non-standard lengths will have an Online Course Questionnaire window lasting one week, concluding on the final day of class unless adjusted by the department's OCQ administrator.

General reminders regarding the Online Course Questionnaire at IU Bloomington
Indiana University Bloomington's Online Course Questionnaire team sends all OCQ-related communications (both to instructors and to students) from ceq@iu.edu. Please note that these messages are not spam and can be added to your safe senders list. The previous email, ocqbest@iu.edu, has been retired.
Per campus policy, all courses should be evaluated by default during the final weeks of the class and before the final exams begin. Each academic unit or department may determine what courses are exceptions and should not be evaluated. Instructors should check their OCQ Portal to confirm that all courses requiring evaluation are listed. If any courses are missing or incorrectly included, please follow up with your department OCQ liaison and/or department chair.
Instructors can access their portal at any time via https://coursequestionnaire.iu.edu/ or through one.iu.edu. Questionnaires open at 5:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the opening date and will close at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the closing date.
