Transforming Academic Culture: Understanding and Identifying Implicit Bias Zoom Workshop

Explore bias and how to unpack it at this introductory workshop on bias and gender equity with the Advocates & Allies for Equity team.

Bias is a very influential (but not always easily understood) concept that intersects with every aspect of our lives, from our personal relationships to our professional behavior.

For those who don’t know much about bias or those who need a refresher, join the Advocates & Allies for Equity team for this introductory workshop on bias and how we can unpack it to become better allies for gender equity.

This session is open to all genders. Faculty, staff, and graduate students are welcome to attend!
