Amanda supports the course and instructor evaluation processes. She manages the Online Course Questionnaire (OCQ) and Course Questionnaire Data Manager (CQDM) programs, ensuring data accuracy and collaborating with IT professional and software vendors to troubleshoot system issues. Amanda designs and validates evaluation reports, works with academic units to create tailored evaluations, and provides training and resources for data managers and faculty.
