J.W. supports the course and instructor evaluation processes. He manages the Online Course Questionnaire (OCQ), creates projects and reports using the Explorance Blue survey software, and uses the Course Questionnaire Data Manager (CQDM) to prepare and clean data for the OCQ. J.W. collaborates with IT teams to resolve issues related to Blue and other university systems. Additionally, he offers friendly IT support, helping faculty and students quickly resolve technical and scheduling issues related to individual course evaluations.
