Apartment: IU Professor is looking for a mature, responsible person (or couple) to sublet his one-bedroom apartment on the near west side. Everything is included: all utilities, cable, wifi, free shuttle to campus and downtown, pool and pool house. Even the sublet fee ($300) is paid for you. Apartment includes modern fully-stocked kitchen, beautiful bathroom and bedroom with all amenities and a stylish interior. Looking for Fall and Winter terms (until mid February). Depending on the situation, could be available through spring semester as well.


House: Lovely mid-century limestone home, single-level, with 2 bedrooms, 1 study, and 3 full bathrooms, 2400 sq ft. Fully furnished. Great location south of campus in a quiet neighborhood, just a twelve-minute walk to the Jacobs School of Music. Spacious master bedroom with walk-in closets has a queen-sized bed, black-out draperies, and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a full-sized bed and an XL-twin bed, with an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom is currently set up as a cozy study with a desk and shelves, and has a bathroom across the hall. Large living room is light-filled from big windows on north and south sides.
