House: Fully furnished 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath home for rent available from January 1, 2020 through June 12th. Although the house has 3 bedrooms, it has a large finished basement with a Murphy bed that can also function as an additional bedroom. The kitchen and basement have been recently renovated and the entire house has new windows. The house also has a large garage that can be used for storage space in lieu of parking one’s car. The house also has a living room with a vaulted ceiling. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and is equipped with a full bath and double sink counter area and is on the main level of the house that includes kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and entrance to garage. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one of which has a bunkbed. The bunkbed has a double-sized mattress on the bottom and a twin-size mattress on the top. The other bedroom has a twin-size bed. The house has sizable front and back yards, and also a large wooden deck with a table and six chairs. The house is ideal for a family or couple staying in Bloomington temporarily or wanting to get acclimated to the area. The house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac in a large neighborhood called Gentry Estates and has plenty of kids. The house is districted for Rogers/Binford Elementary, Tri-North Middle, and Bloomington North High. A neighborhood pool (opens in May) and basketball court are a block away. A stop for a city bus line which goes to campus is about a five-minute walk from the house. A mall, pharmacies, and several grocery stores are about 2.5 miles away. Shared housing: Available Spring Semester 2020. Hilltop house in a wooded neighborhood off of Hwy 46 East with views of surrounding state forest. For you: bedroom, bath and family room with private entrance. Shared kitchen, laundry, and garage. We are looking for the right person to take care of our home and two cats while we are away February and March. One or both of us will be home January, April, and May. You will need a car to live out here, but don’t worry about winter snows - our road is one of the first to be plowed because we are on a school bus route. Center of campus is 8.5 miles (Wells Library), 7 miles to College Mall and grocery stores, and 7.5 miles to Brown County State Park. All utilities included except internet and cable.


Townhouse: Spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse available at City Flats on the 10th starting January 1st. The area is quiet, scenic and safe, and the townhouses are well-maintained and have all the amenities (see the Indiana floor plan on the website URL provided. It's the perfect place for families or students/scholars who want to live in a beautiful and peaceful environment. The rent is particularly low for the property because I got a summer deal. Since I am in a hurry to leave Bloomington, I am happy to give away my $500 security deposit and will spare you first month's rent. I am also open to selling you barely used furnishings (including two great queen and king-size mattresses that have barely been used) at bargain prices.

Apartment: I am renting the walk-out basement in my house (located at 4144 S. Purple Finch Dr.). The space includes two big bedrooms and one bathroom.
