Condo/Townhouse: A 2-bedroom 2.5-bath unit in popular Stella Ridge. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and walk-in closet. Back of unit sits against parking area. Has a nice open back patio and a covered front porch with lots of room for sitting. Available for rental in early November 2021.


House: Charming cabin lodging in the historic Elm Heights neighborhood, 0.3 miles (or an 8 minute walk) from the Jacobs School of Music on the Indiana University campus and located on major bus routes. The cabin was built in 1840 and used originally as a wash house. It features a lofted bedroom, stone fireplace, spacious living area, Wi-Fi, an updated bathroom, and a kitchen. Staying here is a quiet retreat in close proximity of the IU campus and downtown Bloomington. The cabin has contemporary heating/cooling systems, it is fully furnished, and the kitchen is equipped with necessities. This is an ideal place for visiting scholars. Off street parking is included. House: Two bedroom, one bath Bryan Park bungalow available January 1. Original, refinished pine hardwood floors throughout and a mix of new and restored windows make this a bright and sunny spot.
