Apartment: Really can't say enough good things about this gem of an apartment. Tons of character with original built-in wood features, hardwood floors, lots of good natural light (and quality wood blinds for privacy), plenty of storage, stone patio with a sweet landscaped yard. It neighbors the Wylie House Museum and gardens, and is an easy 10-minute walk to Kirkwood or campus. We're moving because we've bought a home, not because we want to leave. Lease begins March 14 and ends July 23 because of a kitchen renovation planned for July 24–mid-August. Apartment:  A 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment at Park on Morton, no utilities have to be payed at all. This lease lasts from August 16, 2020 to July 25, 2021. I viewed the apartment myself and there was a walk-in closet, kitchen with appliances, a local gym and study area downstairs. There is to my knowledge no roommate decided, so if you are looking for two people as well this is a great choice! House: Available immediately! I'm a PhD candidate looking for renter for my home while I'm traveling the 12-18 months. My home has book solid on Airbnb for over a year, see link for pics and reviews of the place. I bought it brand new, it is very clean, and I've always had a strict policy of no pets and no smokers, making it ideal for those with any allergies. It is a fully furnished 1600 sqft home, located 100 yards from Summit Elementary School, and 800 yards to paved bike path. It takes me exactly 8-10 minutes to drive from the house to park at either the SICE lot or the Jordan garage. Shared housing: Housemate wanted for a 4 month sub-lease (mid-March 2020 to mid-July 2020) of an upstairs rooms in a cozy, well-maintained, fully furnished, four-bedroom house near the IU Bloomington campus. A housemate (male) currently occupies the downstairs bedroom and another housemate (female) occupies one of the upstairs bedroom. The rent for the bedroom (101.5 square feet) is $325.
