Eliza Pavalko is responsible for maintaining academic policies defining the rights and responsibilities of all IU Bloomington academic appointees. She oversees tenure and promotion, faculty records and data, new faculty orientation, emeriti faculty, and the Patten Lecture series. She is responsible for supporting our diverse faculty at all stages of their careers.
