I'm looking for someone to sublet a 388 sf 1 bedroom apartment from January 1, 2015 (I'm available to move out on 12/21/14) through July 31, 2015. I am moving out of state and need to find a tenant to take over my lease. Lease extension is available at the end of July 31 with property management company, which efficiently maintains apartment. The apartment is located on 801 East Hunter Avenue in Bloomington, which is one minute away from the Bloomington campus. You can have the apartment furnished or unfurnished. Looking for someone to take over my lease for a ***reduced-price*** and really nice 1 BR/1 BA at Fountain Park (lease ending 7/31/15 but also available for renewal 2015-6). Looking to sublet one room of a two room apartment (located at 121 1/2 N. College Ave., Apt. 133) that is set atop of the infamous Scholars Inn Bakehouse in downtown Bloomington, overlooking city hall and the rest of the square. Terrific 3 bedroom, 1 bath house for rent that is close to campus. We’ve lived in this house over a year, but my husband and I are buying a house and will be moving out of it in February. Start of the lease is really flexible. We are willing to pay until the end of February 2015 if you would need to move in anytime between March 1 to April 1, however, move in in February sometime is definitely negotiable if needed. Home is a mid-century limestone ranch and has hardwood flooring in the bedrooms, a really nice bathroom, HUGE kitchen with garbage disposal, 1 car garage, screened in back porch, and large fenced in yard. Pets are ok with the landlord, too. The landlord is incredibly nice and easy to work with; she just likes to have working professionals live in her home as opposed to undergrads. That’s why the house has stayed so very nice. My husband and I are more than willing to show it to you!
