Multidisciplinary Ventures and Seminars Fund

October 15 and March 1

This fund provides support for new projects of full-time faculty and librarians from at least two different disciplines. The goal is to furnish seed money sufficient to get interdisciplinary research projects underway, and to encourage faculty members to establish fruitful collaborations with colleagues from different parts of campus. Projects funded under this program have yielded innovative scholarly publications and artistic creations, and sometimes become the foundation for successful proposals to get external funding.
